Owners have high expectations for the maintenance and care of their home. Sunriver Resort employs a well-trained team of experienced maintenance engineers. This team performs regular preventative maintenance inspections to ensure your home remains in good repair. They also respond to guest needs should there be any issues during their stay. The “minor maintenance program” covers the labor cost for basic maintenance for a low flat monthly fee.

Our housekeeping team knows that cleanliness is the first thing that our owners and guests will notice when they arrive. Our lead housekeepers provide the quality control to ensure that proper attention is given to the details. For consistency among our properties, we provide quality linens and towels, saving wear and tear on your machines, and making the cleaning process more efficient.

The key to providing reliable, high quality care for your home comes down to one main factor -communication. As the hub of this communication, your Property Manager’s role is to ensure that your home is performing successfully and is maintained in a fashion that is consistent with guest expectations and your pride of ownership, while aiming to enhance the long-term value of your property.

As a benefit of choosing Sunriver Resort as your property manager, you have access to a world of recreational opportunities. Sunriver Resort owns many recreation and dining amenities, including the Woodlands and Meadows Golf Courses, Sunriver Marina, Sage Springs Club and Fitness, The Great Hall and Homestead conference facilities, Carson’s American Kitchen, Twisted River Tavern, The Bike Barn, Sunriver Airport, Crosswater Club, and Caldera Links and Golf Park. As an owner of a home on our management program, you will have the same privileges as a Resort guest when you stay in your home, including access to the exclusive Crosswater Golf Course, as well as playing privileges at Caldera Links.

Ownership of these amenities allows us to offer a variety of unique and exclusive vacation packages to our guests. This gives our owners the chance to earn rental revenue that would not otherwise be available. Our guests receive higher levels of service and value that keep them coming back.   • Our sales and marketing efforts are unrivaled. We invest millions of dollars each year to bring families and groups to Sunriver Resort. We have a full-time marketing staff, as well as a sales department that focuses on group visits, such as corporate groups, associations, and weddings.

  • 24-hour front desk, complimentary intra-resort transportation, and concierge services that will assist with anything from dinner reservations to canoe rental information. Our guests receive special rates on all recreational activities, as well as special booking consideration.

  • Exclusive owner perks with the Sunriver Club program, offering a 50% discount on Golf at the Meadows or Woodlands courses, Meadows putting course, all resort owned food and beverage outlets (not valid at the Crosswater Grille or Starbucks), Sage Springs Spa Services, Sunriver Bike Barn and Marina rentals. Other benefits include discounted Sunriver Resort Guestrooms (based on availability), complimentary intra-resort transportation, and discounted rates at other participating Destination Hotels properties.
